We are all born with certain lessons that need to be accomplished.

As I successfully complete each lesson, I know that the experience changes me as a soul and a person.

I am able to leave behind something that is no longer beneficial to my life.

I am becoming the soul I want to be -- full of life and positive actions.

The path is not always easy but it is the end result that will bring me happiness.
