Hello everyone... My name is Vickie and welcome to one of my many personal websites. This site has become better known as my "Purple Site", and it's my most popular site. Get yourself nice and comfy and ready to relax and explore. This index page may take a short bit to load but be patient, it is worth it. (My other pages load much faster but there are a few graphic intense ones, you'll get warning :-) On this site you'll find the "nicer" type things on the internet. Updated September 1st, 2011 new recipes in regular front page section of Recipe Section. Previously updates - Putzed around and removed some things that are getting old. Holiday Section has been reopened. Cards, backgrounds, recipes, Holiday musical pages with words & music, java cards. Don't forget to check out the Recipe Section as well for some great recipes and gift ideas you can make from your kitchen. Also how to pack and ship your holiday goodies too. All sorts of hints and tips too! - Redid my award winners pages and removed any no longer online and added several. Checked all the links on the Kids section as well and the Valentine's Section.

*note* The "Email this page to a friend" button is no longer working right now. Sorry this company I was using has gone belly up. To send a page for the time being please just copy and paste the url you are at into an email. I am going to do my best to upgrade this entire site however it's a huge endeavour.

I have used some backgrounds and gifs here on my pages that have been found through hours of searchs on the internet. Too many to remember where they all came from. Although I used only ones that came from public domain and with permission to use them freely it seems nowadays some of these 'Public Domain' places are not so public. So, if you find one of your backgrounds or gifs here please let me know and I will give you credit and a link back to your page. Thank you.
