1 & a 1/2 cups of non-dairy coffee creamer
2 teaspoons of almond extract
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1 & a 1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar
Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly. Store in an airtight container. Instead of putting in decorative canning jars you can portion the mix into small plastic bags (about 3/4 cup in each), and tie it snug with a bright ribbon. Then place the baggie of coffee creamer in a decorative coffee cup with directions. Makes about 3 cups, or 4 gift portions of 6 servings each.
On a gift card write: Add 2 tablespoons of creamer to each cup of coffee.
