BROWNIE INGREDIENTS.......
Brownie Small
2 eggs
few drops of vanilla
1/2 cup of butter
4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 cup superfine sugar
1 and 1/3 cups soft light-brown sugar
1 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS.......

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a shallow pan measuring 11" x 7" x 1 1/4".

In a bowl, lightly whisk eggs with vanilla. Put butter and chocolate into a large saucepan and place over moderate heat. Stir in superfine sugar and brown sugar, then stir in egg mixture, flour and pecans.

Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool brownies in pan.
